2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Prices are in AED for UAE orders, SAR for KSA orders, and PKR for Pakistan orders. We may change prices without notice, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy applies.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid to the courier on delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
