Quick answer: If you live in Pakistan and want to sell to customers in Saudi Arabia with Cash on Delivery, choose a supplier that keeps stock inside the Gulf, delivers in its own registered name, confirms orders before dispatch and pays you every week. Dropify Gulf, Zambeel, KSA Drop and M5AZN all offer local-stock COD dropshipping in Saudi Arabia. They differ on delivery charges, delivery speed, plan prices and how you get paid. The table below compares them side by side.
Most of the sellers we work with at Dropify Gulf are not in Riyadh or Jeddah. They sit in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad or Peshawar, run ads on Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat, and sell to Saudi customers who pay cash at the door. They have no Saudi company, no Saudi bank account and no warehouse. What they need is a supplier who handles everything on the ground and sends the profit back to a Pakistani bank account.
This guide is written for that seller. We compare the main suppliers that serve Saudi Arabia, explain what an order really costs, and show what to check before you trust anyone with your customers. We are one of the suppliers on the list, so we have kept the comparison factual and included the places where others do better than us.
How COD dropshipping into Saudi Arabia works when you live in Pakistan
You never touch the product. Your job is marketing and customer service. The supplier does the rest. With Dropify Gulf, an order goes through these steps:
- You pick a product from the catalog and see the supplier price in SAR before you advertise it.
- You run ads and take orders on your Shopify store, WhatsApp or Instagram, at a selling price you choose.
- You submit the order in your seller dashboard with the customer’s name, phone number and address.
- Our team packs and delivers it from local stock. Orders go out under Dropify Gulf’s registered business, so you do not need a Saudi licence or company documents.
- The customer pays cash to the courier. When the order is marked delivered, your profit moves to your Seller Wallet.
- You get paid every week straight into your Pakistani bank account.
What to check before you choose a Saudi dropshipping supplier
- Where the stock is. Stock inside Saudi Arabia or the UAE means delivery in days. Stock in China means weeks, and Saudi COD customers often refuse parcels that take too long.
- Whose name the order is delivered in. If the supplier delivers under its own registered business, you can start without a Saudi company. Ask this directly.
- The full cost per order. Add the product price, delivery charge, return fee and any COD or confirmation fee. A low product price can hide high fees.
- Order confirmation. A phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch cuts fake and impulse orders. Find out who makes the call and whether it costs extra.
- How and when you are paid. Weekly payouts keep your ad budget moving. Check whether the supplier can pay into a Pakistani bank account and in which currency.
- Return rules. Ask what happens when a customer refuses a parcel and who pays the return.

The suppliers in more detail
1. Dropify Gulf
Dropify Gulf supplies sellers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan from one dashboard. Most of our sellers are Pakistanis selling into the Gulf, and the platform is built around that. Our team in the UAE holds the full trade documents, so orders are delivered in Dropify Gulf’s name and you do not need a Gulf company to start. Saudi deliveries cost SAR 30 and take 1–3 working days. Customers pay cash on delivery, and payouts go to your Pakistani bank account every week.
- Good for: Pakistan-based sellers who want weekly payouts in Pakistan and one account for KSA, UAE and Pakistan.
- Plans: Free Starter plan, Gold at AED 99 per month, Diamond at AED 299 every 3 months.
- Catalog: 500+ products with the supplier price shown for each market.
- Returns: SAR 10 in Saudi Arabia. Damaged or wrong items are covered by us.
2. Zambeel
Zambeel is one of the best-known names among Pakistani sellers and covers more Gulf markets than we do: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, plus Pakistan. Its published Saudi delivery charge is SAR 26, including the confirmation call, with delivery in 1–3 days for parcels up to 3 kg and a SAR 7.5 return fee. Payouts are weekly. Zambeel says sellers do not need a Saudi or UAE licence because Zambeel is the legal entity in Saudi Arabia.
- Good for: sellers who want to test several GCC countries at once.
- Watch for: confirmation calls are free only while your weekly confirmation rate stays above 50%. Below that, Zambeel charges $1 per order.
3. KSA Drop
KSA Drop focuses on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It reports more than 7,000 resellers and over 500,000 delivered orders, and it says it keeps stock in local warehouses with same-day dispatch. It promises payment within 7 days of every sale and says no company documents are needed. Delivery charges and plan prices are not on its public pages, so ask for them before you start.
4. M5AZN
M5AZN calls itself the first Saudi dropshipping platform. It offers COD, warehousing, packaging and store integrations. Monthly plans are SAR 99, SAR 299 and SAR 599. Its website does not say whether sellers living outside Saudi Arabia can join, or how payouts reach a foreign bank account, so check this first if you are in Pakistan.
5. Global suppliers from China
Platforms such as AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping have huge catalogs, but stock usually ships from abroad. For Saudi COD customers, long transit times lead to more refused parcels, and you would need your own courier to collect cash. They work better for prepaid orders or for researching products than for everyday COD selling in Saudi Arabia.

What one COD order to Saudi Arabia really costs
Here is an example with round numbers. Your product and ad costs will be different, but the method is the same.
| Selling price paid by the customer | SAR 149 |
| Supplier product price (example) | − SAR 45 |
| Dropify Gulf delivery charge | − SAR 30 |
| Ad cost per delivered order (example) | − SAR 35 |
| Your profit on this order | SAR 39 |
Ad cost is the number that moves the most. Work out your cost per delivered order, not per placed order. If 10 orders are placed and 7 are delivered, divide your ad spend by 7.
Getting paid in Pakistan
This is the question we hear most from new sellers. With Dropify Gulf, cash collected by the courier is matched to your order. When the order is marked delivered, your profit goes to your Seller Wallet, and every week we pay it into your Pakistani bank account. You do not need a Saudi or UAE bank account.

Rules worth knowing
- VAT: Saudi VAT is 15%. Businesses must register once their taxable sales in Saudi Arabia pass SAR 375,000 in 12 months. Check with your supplier how VAT is handled on orders delivered in its name.
- Licence: When a supplier delivers under its own registered Saudi or Gulf business, you can usually start without your own Saudi licence. If you later want your own brand and company in Saudi Arabia, you will need commercial and e-commerce registration there.
- Your income in Pakistan: Payouts you receive are your business income. Speak to a tax adviser in Pakistan about how to declare it.
- Product claims: Saudi rules and ad platforms are strict about health and beauty claims. Do not promise cures or medical results in your ads.
Five ways to get more Saudi COD orders delivered
- Confirm every order on WhatsApp or by phone before it ships. Unconfirmed orders are the main cause of refusals.
- Write ads and product pages in Arabic, or at least add Arabic to the key lines. Customers trust what they can read quickly.
- Show the full price and the delivery time up front. Surprises at the door lead to refused parcels.
- Collect a correct phone number and a clear address, including the district and a landmark.
- Start with products under SAR 200. Customers decide faster on cash orders at that level, and a refusal costs you less.
Where Dropify Gulf falls short
We would rather you know this now than after your first order. Our Saudi delivery charge (SAR 30) and return fee (SAR 10) are higher than Zambeel’s published rates. We cover three markets, not the whole GCC. If the lowest fee per order matters most to you, compare carefully. If weekly payouts into a Pakistani bank, a free plan and one dashboard for KSA, UAE and Pakistan matter more, we are a strong fit.
