Best Dropshipping Suppliers in UAE for Cash on Delivery Sellers (2026 Guide)

Quick answer: For a cash on delivery store in the UAE, choose a supplier that keeps stock inside the UAE, confirms orders, delivers in 1 to 3 days, collects the cash and pays you weekly. In this guide we compare five that work this way: Dropify Gulf, COD Dropshipping, Zambeel, Arabia Dropship and KSA Drop. Dropify Gulf suits Pakistani sellers who want the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in one account. Experienced Shopify sellers who already run ads may also look at COD Dropshipping or Zambeel.

Most lists of UAE dropshipping suppliers name AliExpress, Spocket or CJdropshipping. They ship to Dubai, sure. But if your customers pay cash at the door, those platforms can’t help you. Nobody from AliExpress is going to ring a doorbell in Sharjah, collect AED 99 and send your share back to Lahore.

For a cash on delivery store, you need a supplier with stock inside the UAE. That supplier packs the order, hands it to a courier, collects the cash and pays you. So that’s what this guide compares: five suppliers that actually do this, what they charge, how they pay, and who each one is for.

We checked every fee on each company’s own website in October 2026. Prices change, so check again before you sign up.

A quick note: Dropify Gulf publishes this guide, and we’re one of the five suppliers in it. We’ve judged ourselves on the same points as everyone else.

What to look for in a UAE COD supplier

Think of a COD supplier as your back office in the UAE. It keeps the stock, confirms the order, ships it, collects the money and deals with returns. You’re paying it to do those jobs well.

Before you pick one, ask six simple questions.

  1. Is the stock already in the UAE? Local stock reaches customers in a few days. Stock from China can take weeks, and COD buyers often change their mind while they wait.
  2. Who confirms the order? Lots of COD orders are quick clicks. A short call or WhatsApp message before dispatch catches the fake ones.
  3. What do you pay per order, and per return? Get both numbers. New sellers usually forget the second one.
  4. When do you get paid? Weekly payouts keep your ad budget alive. Ask about the minimum withdrawal too.
  5. Does it connect to your store? On Shopify, orders should sync on their own. Copying them by hand gets old fast.
  6. Will it accept you? Some suppliers only work with sellers who already run ads. Others are happy to take beginners.

Why COD changes the maths

In a COD business, an order isn’t money yet. Some buyers won’t pick up the phone. Some will refuse the parcel at the door. You’ve already paid for the ad either way.

That’s why your delivery ratio matters so much. It’s simply the share of orders that get delivered and paid for. Here’s what it does to profit, using our own UAE fees.

Say you sell a product for AED 99. It costs you AED 30. Delivery is AED 20, a return costs AED 5, and each order costs you AED 25 in ads. Now look at 100 orders:

70 delivered50 delivered
Cash collectedAED 6,930AED 4,950
Product costAED 2,100AED 1,500
Delivery feesAED 1,400AED 1,000
Return feesAED 150AED 250
Ad spendAED 2,500AED 2,500
ProfitAED 780AED -300

Same product. Same price. Same ads. The only change is how many parcels get delivered, and you go from a profit to a loss. That’s why order confirmation and fast delivery matter more than a huge catalogue. (These are example numbers. Yours will be different.)

The five suppliers, one by one

1. Dropify Gulf

Dropify Gulf works in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan from a single seller account. You pick a product from our UAE catalogue and set your own price. The dashboard shows your profit before you sell. When an order comes in, you submit the customer’s details and we take it from there. We pack it, hand it to a local courier, and the courier collects the cash. Your profit then lands in your Seller Wallet, and you can withdraw it every week to a bank account or mobile wallet. The How It Works page walks through each step.

In the UAE, delivery costs AED 20 per order. If an order has three items, you still pay it once. We process orders in 1–2 working days, and they arrive in 1–3 working days. The courier tries twice before a parcel comes back. You can read the details in our shipping policy.

A return costs AED 5. If the item was damaged or wrong, we pay that instead of you. Customers can report a problem within 7 days, and they can get a replacement rather than a refund. Our return policy has the full rules. You never buy stock in advance. You pay the wholesale price only when someone orders.

The Starter plan is free, with a smaller catalogue. Gold is AED 99 for 30 days. It opens the full catalogue, lowers product prices, speeds up processing and adds a WhatsApp support group. Diamond is AED 299 for 90 days and adds custom packaging, exclusive products and a senior account manager. Neither plan renews by itself, so there are no surprise charges (see the subscription policy and pricing page). Support is on WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM UAE time. If you want help building a store or running ads, our services start at USD 135.

Where we fall short: delivery takes 1–3 working days, not next day. Our UAE catalogue is smaller than the biggest platforms. And the free plan has fewer products and standard prices.

Good fit if you’re a beginner in Pakistan, you want to start for free, and you’d like to sell at home and in the Gulf from one account.

2. COD Dropshipping

COD Dropshipping keeps its stock in the UAE and delivers to all seven emirates in 1–2 days. You pay one price per product, and that price already covers shipping and packing. Returns cost AED 5. Payouts go out weekly once you have at least AED 200.

There’s a catch, though. It only accepts sellers who already have a live Shopify store, some COD experience and ads running right now. Amazon and noon sellers aren’t accepted. If you’ve already found a product that sells, it can stock it for you in the UAE and limit how many other sellers get it.

Good fit if you’re already making sales and want quick delivery. Not a fit if you’re just starting.

3. Zambeel

Zambeel covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and several other Gulf countries. In the UAE it charges AED 20 per order. That includes the confirmation call, packing and delivery. Returns are AED 5, and parcels up to 3 kg arrive in 1–2 days. Each extra kilo costs AED 2.

The calls are free, with one condition. If fewer than half your orders get confirmed in a week, Zambeel charges USD 1 per order. That’s fine if your ads bring real buyers, but it can sting while you’re still learning. It works with Shopify, YouCan and EasyOrders. There’s a free plan, and Gold costs USD 79 a month.

Good fit if you plan to sell in several Gulf countries.

4. Arabia Dropship

Arabia Dropship ships from warehouses in the UAE and says delivery takes 1–3 business days. It doesn’t charge a setup or membership fee. Its WhatsApp confirmation service costs AED 1 per order, whatever the result. It connects to Shopify, EasyOrders, Lightfunnels and YouCan.

The website is a bit mixed up, though. The homepage says you’re paid every week, but the FAQ says every two weeks. Prices only show after you’re approved. Get the payout schedule and full fee list in writing before you start.

Good fit if you want to test the UAE without a monthly fee.

5. KSA Drop

KSA Drop began in Saudi Arabia and now serves the UAE too. It says it has more than 7,000 resellers and a 75% COD delivery ratio. It also sources products from China and the UAE. We couldn’t find its UAE fees on its website, so ask before you join.

Good fit if Saudi Arabia is your main market and the UAE comes second.

What about AliExpress and CJdropshipping?

They’re great for finding product ideas, and they work for stores where customers pay online. But they don’t collect cash, call customers or handle returns inside the UAE. You’d have to sort all of that out yourself. A smarter route is to spot a winning product there, then ask a local supplier to stock it in the UAE for you.

Do you need a licence to dropship in the UAE?

Most sellers from Pakistan skip this question. Please don’t. The UAE government portal says selling online on the mainland needs a commercial licence with e-commerce activity. That comes from your emirate’s economic department, and the TDRA also has to approve it. Free zones offer their own e-commerce licences.

Some COD platforms say you can sell through them without a UAE company. That’s how they describe their own service. It isn’t legal advice. Talk to a UAE business setup adviser before you grow, and keep a record of every order and payout.

How to start selling in the UAE from Pakistan with Dropify Gulf

  1. Create a free seller account. No card needed.
  2. Pick one product from the UAE catalogue. Go for something light that’s easy to show in a short video. A price between AED 69 and AED 149 usually works.
  3. Work out your real margin. Use the profit preview, then add AED 20 delivery, AED 5 per return and an honest guess at your delivery ratio.
  4. Set up a place to sell. A one-product Shopify or WooCommerce page with a COD form is enough. WhatsApp and Instagram work too. Show the price in AED and say delivery takes 1–3 working days.
  5. Confirm every order before you submit it. A quick message or call cuts refused parcels more than anything else.
  6. Start ads small. Target the UAE on Meta or TikTok and watch how many orders get delivered, not just how many come in.
  7. Withdraw every week and put some back into ads. When you need the full catalogue and lower prices, move up to Gold.

Mistakes we see Pakistani sellers make

The first one is choosing a supplier because it has the most products. A huge catalogue won’t save you if parcels take a week and half of them come back.

The second is forgetting about return fees. At a 30% return rate, AED 5 here and there adds up quickly.

Third, skipping confirmation. Orders nobody confirmed are the ones that get refused.

Fourth, thinking in rupees. UAE buyers compare your price with Amazon.ae and noon, not with shops in Pakistan.

And last, promising too much in the ad. If the product doesn’t look like the video, the buyer says no at the door.

How to check a UAE supplier before you sign up

Comparison tables only get you so far. Before you send real customers to any supplier, including us, run these quick checks:

  1. Ask for the full fee list in writing. Delivery, refused parcels, confirmation calls, extra weight and withdrawals. If a fee isn’t written down, ask about it before you start.
  2. Place one test order to your own address. You’ll see the real packing, how the courier behaves and how long delivery actually takes.
  3. Ask how and when you get paid. Check the payout schedule, the minimum withdrawal and which accounts they can pay into.
  4. Message support on a busy weekday. How fast they reply is a fair sign of how they will handle your customers’ problems.
  5. Read the return policy closely. Who pays when an item arrives damaged or wrong, and how quickly is it replaced?
  6. Confirm the stock is really in the UAE. Ask where products ship from and how many working days delivery takes to each emirate.

Red flags: fees that only appear after you sign up, payout dates that differ between pages, or a supplier that can’t say where its stock is held. For an overview of how dropshipping works in the Emirates, including fees, a profit example and licence rules, see our page on dropshipping in the UAE.

So, which one should you pick?

If you’re in Pakistan and just starting, pick a supplier that takes beginners, shows every fee and lets you start for free. That’s why we built Dropify Gulf: AED 20 delivery, AED 5 returns, weekly withdrawals and one account for three countries. If you already run profitable ads and need next-day delivery, look at COD Dropshipping and Zambeel too.

Whoever you choose, judge them on three things: how many parcels get delivered, what returns cost, and how fast you get paid.
